Dallen Gettling
Dallen recently moved from Southern California to Branson where he created the Hot Seat Interactive Comedy Improv Show with good friend Jason Hughes of the Hughes Brothers. Dallen went to school with three of the Hughes Brothers at Brigham Young University and is actually the one who introduced all of the brothers to each other.
Dallen (or the artist formerly known as "Mr. Smiley Face" has been performing as long as he can remember (it is important to note that Dallen suffers from amnesia).
Dallen has performed in many film, television, and live productions. He has an extensive background in improvisation, which originated from him often forgetting his lines in plays. His most recent film project was on the film "Flyboys" with Tom Sizemore and Stephen Baldwin, which will be released in the hopefully not too distant future.
Dallen speaks Japanese and enjoys all outdoor activities that do not involve swearing. His vigorous, daily workouts consist of chasing and wrestling with his three young children, Jeshua, Taryn, and Jaxton. He also wants his wife, Erika, to know (in case she ever reads this website) that he loves her very much.
Although you wouldn't guess it from speaking to him, Dallen is a closet genius.
Dallen's arguably most moving performance is in the made for TV movie, "Legion of Fire: Killer Ants", where he can be seen screaming in utter pain and terror as thousands of two-inch ants eat him alive causing him to crash his helicopter into the side of a mountain. His most famous quote (from the same scene of the same flick): "AAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!"
*During auditions, Dallen noticed some hilarious banter between Thom and Adam and consequently cast them in the Hot Seat only later to find out the two were not acting at the time. Jamie joined the cast a couple of weeks later when the guys decided it would be fun to have some girl around to poke fun at.
